1 General Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions form a legally binding agreement between jk9 (jk9.life) and its users. jk9 is an internationally licensed online gaming and betting platform. These terms were last updated in January 2026.

Withdrawal requests will not be processed until KYC verification is complete.

2.3 Account Security

3 Deposits & Withdrawals

3.1 Deposits

The following rules apply to all deposits made on jk9:

• Minimum deposit amount is ৳200.
• Deposits can only be made via Mobile Pay, Nagad, or Rocket.
• The correct reference number must be used when making a deposit.
• Depositing from a third-party account is strictly prohibited.

3.2 Withdrawals

• Minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500.
• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.
• Full KYC verification is mandatory for withdrawals exceeding ৳20,000.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 15 minutes to 24 hours.

3.3 Transaction Responsibility

Jk9 is not liable for any funds lost due to incorrect information provided during a deposit or withdrawal. However, if the issue is caused by a technical error on our end, jk9 will work to resolve it.

4 Bonuses & Promotional Offers

Jk9 regularly offers bonuses and promotional deals. Please read the following terms carefully before claiming any offer:

4.1 Wagering Requirements

• Each bonus carries a specific wagering requirement, typically between 10x and 30x the bonus amount.
• Bonuses cannot be withdrawn until all wagering requirements have been met.
• Wagering must be completed within 30 days of receiving the bonus.

4.2 Bonus Abuse

Jk9 takes bonus abuse seriously. The following activities will be considered bonus abuse:

• Claiming the same bonus across multiple accounts.
• Intentionally placing low-risk bets to meet bonus wagering requirements.
• Claiming the same bonus across multiple family member accounts.

5 Gaming Rules

The following rules must be followed when playing games on jk9:

• Each game has its own rules, which should be read before you start playing.
• If a game is cancelled due to a technical error, bets will be refunded.
• If a game is interrupted due to internet disconnection, the server record will be considered final.
• The dealer's decision in live games is final.
• In Sports Betting, bets can be cancelled before a match begins, but not once it is underway.

5.1 Betting Limits

Minimum and maximum bet limits are set for every game and event at JK9. These limits may vary depending on the game type and the user's account level.

6 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on jk9:

• Fraud & Manipulation: Any form of fraudulent activity or attempt to manipulate game outcomes.
• Bots & Automated Software: Using bots, scripts, or any other automated software to play games or place bets.
• Money Laundering: Any attempt to launder illegal funds through JK9.
• Multiple accounts: Operating multiple accounts under the same identity.
• Using another person's information: Conducting transactions using another person's identity or payment method.
• System Hacking: Attempting unauthorized access to jk9's systems.

Involvement in any of the above activities will result in permanent account closure and forfeiture of balance. Legal action may also be taken if necessary.

7 Account Closure & Suspension

7.1 Closure by jk9

Jk9 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close an account under the following circumstances:

• If you breach the Terms & Conditions.
• If you register using false information.
• Involvement in suspicious or fraudulent activity.
• Failure to cooperate with KYC verification.
• If an account has been inactive for an extended period (more than 12 months).

7.2 Closure by the User

You may request to close your account at any time. Please complete all pending withdrawals before submitting your request. To close an account with a remaining balance, contact JK9 directly.

8 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

Jk9 will not be held liable for the following:

• Loss of a game or bet due to internet disconnection or technical issues.
• Issues arising from incorrect information provided by the user.
• Issues caused by delays from third-party services (such as mobile banking).
• Issues caused by unforeseen events such as natural disasters, cyberattacks, or similar circumstances.

That said, jk9 will always strive to provide a fair resolution for issues arising from technical errors.
